Vinnie Rao

Mr. Rao has more than 15 years experience in the fields of Information Systems and Management Consulting.  He has extensive experience working with management to develop vision, strategies, and organizational/ architectural plans for the development and ongoing support of enterprise-wide decision support applications.    He left a postion as a Cognos business partner to become a partner in Ryan Consulting specializing in providing information technology support to include data warehousing and business intelligence.  In addition to his affiliation with Government Shared Services, Mr. Rao  is currently working with Ttree Corporation. He has a wealth of knowledge and experience leveraging Analytical Applications to achieve Corporate Performance Management (CPM).  Mr. Rao has a M.S.  and a B.S. in civil engineering.
